In January 2021, Argus’ leadership team recognized something that few companies understand: brilliant, innovative ideas are often found within the organization. They determined that with proper engagement, encouragement, and support, those ideas can become renewable and sustainable.
The decision was made to create a safe environment of inclusivity and creativity, where failure isn’t punished, but instead recognized for the lessons it teaches us.
THINKtank recognizes the strength in failing forwards and learning from adversity and error. Ideas and innovations are brought forward by employees, investigated, and assessed, allowing Argus and its employees to benefit from the ideas and energy of its own team members.
