Argus manufactures casing and drill pipe cement heads for primary, remedial, and stage cementing on vertical, directional, and horizontal wells. Choose single-plug or double-plug bodies for casing programs, or the drill pipe cement head for liner jobs. Options include top-drive caps, the Argus Quik-Connekt (AQC) adapter for fast orientation, and plug-pass indication for positive confirmation. Rated up to 10,000 psi.
Attaches to the casing; holds and releases casing plugs to separate spacer, cement, and displacement fluids. A retractable pin with quick-start thread secures the plug until deployment; the plug chamber is designed for free-fall once released. AQC lets crews orient the head to the pump line without disturbing casing make-up; interchangeable cap for top-drive rigs.
